3,000 crore Jal Jeevan Mission scam exposed

Spokesperson: Shri Pawan Khera: He said that the real name of MODI Govt. is Manufacturing of Diversionary Issues Government!

To Keep a Scam a day, at bay Modi Govt. invents new narratives, but their SCAMS cannot be hidden! Shri Ashok Kumar Parmar is an IAS officer, who has exposed a massive scam worth 13,000 Cr in the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and has been surreptitiously transferred to a junior level position. Shri Parmar has an impeccable record in service and has listed out the names of IAS officers who have, according to a series of documentary evidence, indulged in huge acts of corruption. In recent times, we have seen how at least 7 CAG Reports exposing scams under the Modi Govt. and the ongoing saga of PM Modi’s Param Mitr has hollowed out the fake claims of “Na Khaunga, Naa Khane Doonga” of PM Modi’s Govt. The nation is well-aware of how Union Minister, Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat was named in the mega Sanjivani Credit Cooperative Society scam, allegedly worth884 Cr! We also know, through media reports, that the dubious captured thug, Sanjay Rai Sherpuria who was part of the BJP-RSS ecosystem had lent 25 Lakhs to Shri Manoj Sinha (Present LG) for his 2019 Lok Sabha elections! OUR QUESTIONS TO MODI GOVT.: 1. Will PM Modi and his Government answer, why was a Dalit IAS officer harassed and targeted, even though he exposed a massive scam of13,000 Cr? 2. Who is the mastermind of this humongous scam of `13,000 Cr? Is it the LG Office who allegedly indulged in tasks of omission and commission? 3. Despite complaints to the Home Ministry and despite a demand of a CBI investigation, why hasn’t the Jammu & Kashmir Administration or the Modi Govt. not ordered a detailed investigation into the multiple irregularities and corrupt practices in the implementation of the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM)? 4. Why has the National Commission of Scheduled Castes not given a show cause notice to the office of the Lieutenant Governor, despite serious allegations of harassment, intimidation and maltreatment made by a Dalit IAS officer? Why has the Department of Personnel and Training, under the PMO or the UPSC not taken any cognizance of the fact that the IAS officer was transferred and demoted four times in a year, despite an impeccable track record? 5. Why did the Modi Govt. make false allegations against Shri Parmar, claiming that he wanted to head the contracts committee, even though none of the records available in any of the written documentation of the scam alludes to that? Is it not brazening character assassination? Is it not harassment of a whistleblower? Monday, September 11, 2023
