BJP hand-in-glove with NEET Scamsters

Spokesperson: Shri Shakti Singh Gohil: He said that you all know that the government told the Supreme Court that there was no fraud in the NEET exam. The minister in the Government of India said - everything is fine. The Deputy Superintendent of Police is telling the Sessions Court with an affidavit that what kind of scam was this. During the investigation, crores of rupees have been found, many blank cheques have been found from the parents of the children who have given the NEET exam.

Deputy Superintendent of Police on oath says in his affidavit that Sir, it was such a scam that students from Maharashtra, Odisha and Bihar and other states... i.e. when you apply for NEET exam, you have an option to choose which centre you would like and if 300 students can sit in that centre and the number of students who apply is 500, then a computerized draw is held to decide which students will go there, but you get the choice. So, this affidavit says that they took advance money from students from Bihar, Odisha, Maharashtra and many other states with whom they had a deal, took blank cheques in advance and they were told that when you write the NEET application, write in it that we want our centre to be Jai Jalaram School, Gujarati medium only.

You can understand that in Godhra district, where there is no airport at the centre, people are going to give the exam from Odisha, Bihar and Maharashtra. Why are they going - because there was a setting, I am talking about this affidavit, this DSP’s affidavit is talking about it. People came from there, the setting was that your child should get admission in medical by getting 100 percent marks, then we will fill money in this blank cheque and the rates were according to which medical college your child will study in. That is why blank cheques and 10 lakh rupees each were taken in advance. The first culprit in this case is Tushar Rajnikant Bhatt. He is the centre superintendent for NEET exam and Jai Jalaram School. He is a professor inside Jai Jalaram School and was made the deputy centre superintendent of NEET, he is the number one culprit. After him is number 2 Purushottam Mahavirprasad. He is the city coordinator for the entire NEET exam and the principal of Jai Jalaram School. These two are the main accused, then there are three more people. What did these two do - they told the students that if you do not know any answer, leave that blank. It was the responsibility of these two to seal the papers in the box and courier them immediately. They put the papers in the box, then opened the seal, ticked the correct answers, packed the box and sent it. This is what the Deputy Superintendent of Police says in his affidavit after the investigation. Three more people have been arrested, one of them is Parshuram Bindnath, one is Vinod Anand and above these two is Arif Boura. What was their job - to meet the parents of the students who are giving NEET, take advance from them and take blank cheques.

These three collected this money. Raids were conducted at their places where crores of rupees and blank cheques were found at the houses of all five. Now, who is this Arif Baura Janaab - he is the Vice President of BJP’s Minority Cell. This one wearing a saffron cap right now is the MLA from Godhra.

Why did this Jai Jalaram get a centre? If you go to Google Guru a little, you will find Jai Jalaram Education Trust in the list of people who donated to BJP. I have found it and wherever you go, you will find Jai Jalaram on every page. He gives money to BJP. I have presented this conduct and character of Bharatiya Janata Party in front of you. I have some questions, I was fully aware of it, the exam was held on May 5. On May 08, the full details came to the collector, some CCTV footage and things were also found. It w as found in the CCTV footage that accused number 1 and 2, the ones from Jai Jalaram, who were responsible to seal the papers in a bag and courier them, they stopped at a restaurant. This is also a part of this affidavit and proof was found in the CCTV footage there - the box was opened, numbered sheets were taken out, OMR sheets, wherever students had left blank sheets, the correct answer was written correctly there, then the box was sealed and couriered. Even after knowing this, the government lied before the Supreme Court that there was no fraud in NEET, so this is a serious contempt of court. I believe that the Honorable Supreme Court will also take cognizance of this. But my first question is why did the government lie before the Supreme Court, this is my first question.

My second question is that in Gujarat, where there is a BJP Government, when the Deputy Superintendent of Police on oath tells the court that the accused have committed such fraud with this modus operandi, crores of rupees and blank cheques have also been found. It is written in it that the OMR sheets of the students were filled in this manner. Despite knowing this, the Education Minister of the BJP Government tells the country that there is no fraud in NEET.

My third question is why is Modi Ji and his Twitter silent on the NEET issue? The fourth question is, ignoring all the NEET guidelines, why was Jai Jalaram, an institution which indulges in rigging and wrongdoings and a petition was filed against it in the High Court and it had to pay a fine of lakhs of rupees, given the centre for a sensitive exam like NEET?

My next question is that in the investigation going on in Gujarat, only small fishes are being caught, why is the big crocodile being released? Is it because the Chairman of Jai Jalaram, who brought the NEET centre, is standing with Modi ji? The main accused one and two, both are Principal and Professor of Jai Jalaram. When this Chairman is so powerful that he is close to the Prime Minister and Smriti Irani ji, who was a special minister of the Prime Minister at one time, is that why you are not touching him? Why has the Chairman not been arrested yet?

The government does not want to let NEET be discussed in the Parliament, be it Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha, because their minions have ruined the future of lakhs of students and there is so much evidence and even the Deputy Superintendent of Police says that there has been rigging in the NEET exam. So, I believe that now there is no way left for the government to save its skin. - Saturday, June 29, 2024
