We had released a video file also of a particular episode in Rajasthan, where the country saw through you, the senior most functionary of RSS in Rajasthan, the KshetriyaPracharak, called Nimba Ram, fondly called as ‘Jaipur wale Bhai Sahab’ by BJP in Rajasthan and another gentleman Raja Ram from BJP, negotiating with some company officials. The company officials were being threatened, arm twisted and 10% commission being demanded for release of payment of Rs. 276 crore because this company, BVG has been engaged ever since the Vasundhara Raje Government in Rajasthan in garbage lifting operations in the state. There was a pending payment, I am just giving a brief background, the pending payment had to be released, Rs. 276 crores and these two gentlemen were asking for 10% commission.

During the press conference, I had also informed you that the anti-corruption bureau had taken suo-moto cognizance of the entire episode, which was reported in the Media and was doing its round on social media and the preliminary inquiry was lodged. Now, based on the report of the FSL findings, forensic finding from Hyderabad, based on preliminary investigations, now the anti-corruption bureau of Rajasthan has formally lodged an FIR under section 7(A) of the prevention of corruption act, under section 120 (B) of the IPC against Nimba Ram Ji, the senior most functionary of the RSS in Rajasthan and against Raja Ram, the BJP leader of Rajasthan, husband of suspended mayor of SomyaGurjar and the company officials. We want to know from the Prime Minister of India, whether this company BVG does some work for the Prime Minister’s office and other offices of this government. Our next question to the Prime Minister of India is, whether the same kind of arm twisting is done with this and other such companies to enrich the coffers of the BJP? Is it true that all your offices of the BJP and the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh being built across the country in almost every district are being done, because of the money collected in this manner, in this corrupt manner?
