Condemnable Double standards of the BJP Government

Spokesperson: Shri Gaurav Gogoi and Shri Shaktisinh Gohil: Shri Shaktisinh Gohil said that the people of the country had expected that the President’s speech would be taking place at the last stage of 10 years of Modi government. In this speech, the Modi government will present the details of its work on the issues put forward and the details of how many of the guarantees given by Modi ji in 2014 and 2019 have been fulfilled. The public had expected the same, but nothing like this happened because the guarantee has failed.

The four pillars mentioned by the President in his address: youth, women, farmers and the poor - these four are facing the most problems.

Shri Gaurav Gogoi said that in the last session itself, 146 MPs who were agitating only for their rights were suspended. In this new House, a woman MP was thrown out of the House by making it a matter of national security regarding the password of the portal, but the BJP MP whose pass was created by some youths who entered the House and spread terror, has not been punished yet. No action was taken. The double standards that the current government is showing on national security are condemnable. If this policy continues then the dignity of India’s democracy will end after 2024.

If the opposition parties do not unite and save India’s democracy, then BJP and RSS will succeed in destroying it. - Wednesday, January 31, 2024
