One of them is through its time-tested technique- distraction, digression and deceit. One of those distraction, digression and deceit is, keep hounding Rahul Gandhi.

I submit to the nation through you that he has been called again and again to distract the nation’s attention, to keep all cameras focused on this charade at the ED office and to make sure that the issues, which deserve attention, be it ‘Agnipath’, be it price rise, be it unemployment remains camouflaged and hidden.

Friends, Rahul Gandhi has been a consistent unwavering voice against the BJP and Modi Sarkar and therefore, the harassment of Rahul Gandhi is an act of utter revenge, retribution, retaliation, reprisal and recrimination. There is nothing constitutional or legal about this process. Everything is personal, not constitutional; personal grudge, personal grievance, and personal vendetta.

Friends, I have some limited experience of the law, only 40 years plus. I can assure you with my limited experience that they have never seen this kind of hounding.

Question number-1, Are you shareholder and are you Mr. Rahul Gandhi, Director of Young India? Answer is yes; open, official, signed, what is that to question about.

Question number- 2, Does Young India own a majority of the shares of AJL? Answer is yes, for last 15-20 years, shareholding record, everything is open.

Question number-3, if you, Mr. Rahul Gandhi are a shareholder of Young India and Young India is a shareholder of AJL, do you not own the assets of AJL?

Now, the answer to this can’t be asked in a question, because law says- a law, which the Supreme Court established in 1955 that a shareholder of a company does not own the assets of that company. If I am a shareholder in your company, I don’t own the assets, which that company owns. So, Young India does not own the assets of AJL. It may be a shareholder, a majority shareholder. How many times did you ask this question; over 55 hours, 5 days! And these are legal answers; these are not factual answers subject to questioning. Did you get any benefit from Young India, it is my 4th question to Mr. Rahul Gandhi? Sorry sir, even if I wanted, I could not get, because this is a section 25 company, no dividend, no perks, no salary, nothing can be given.

So, the point I am saying, sir, the question, I am asking you is about the degree, nature and quantity of questions, that is why, it is malaise. It reveals the absence of rudimentary evidence. Remember, those three points, I made in my original first day briefing, when the summons came. I took that briefing, if you remember.

First, there is, of course, no official FIR after 7 years? The answer is, there is the court summons. But I made out the point that this is a conversion of debt into equity. Where is the transfer of money, transfer of property? AJL owns 1,2,3 properties. Shareholder of AJL and Young India, Shareholder of Young India are 7 people, Mr. Dubey, Mrs. Gandhi, Mr. Gandhi etc, by being shareholders, where is the transfer of money, where is the transfer of immovable property?

So, I had raised this question from day one, this is a money laundering, alleged without money. This is a money laundering alleged, without any transfer of property.

The second, question, they never answer is, the beneficiary of all this money laundering is Young India or its shareholders. When Young India is a section 25 or a section 8, company of the new Companies Act, which even if anybody wants, cannot give salary, perks, dividends anything by any named, whatever called.

So, friends, in the light of all this, clearly, the troubling and the harassment of Rahul Gandhi is an outcome of BJP’s fight, fray and fuss with him personally.
