We demand that the two committees that were formed, one committee is the Joint Parliamentary Committee on the maintenance and development of the heritage character of the Parliament House complex and the other is the committee on installing pictures and statues of national leaders and MPs in the Parliament House complex. You will be surprised to know that the last meeting of these committees on portraits and statues was held on December18, 2018. There has been no meeting for six years and yesterday when this issue was raised, they again lied that talks were held with political parties, whereas no talks were held with any political party.
