MP BJP government trying to hide the brutality and rape of minor Dalit girl

Spokesperson: Ms. Supriya Shrinate: She said that there is a gruesome crime against a twelve-year-old girl that has come to light in Madhya Pradesh, something that has really shocked the collective consciousness of this country, but the reality is that the Shivraj Singh Chouhan government has been absolutely silent on it, and it now comes to light that it all happened because the police was callous, careless and may I dare say- a part of this entire crime against this little girl.

Our General Secretary Shri Randeep Singh Surjewala, in-charge MP, has met the girl and some shocking things are now coming to light. She’s not from Uttar Pradesh (UP), she’s not a beggar, and she’s of an absolutely solvent mind. The reality is that she is a student. She is from Satna. Satna is 700 kilometers away from Ujjain, how did she reach there? It takes 13 hours to travel by road. The reality also is that once she went missing from school, her family went to the Satna police that refused to file an FIR for 24 hours, they refused to track the CCTV cameras.

The reality is this little girl after being raped, brutally and smeared with blood, she walked for 8 kilometers asking for help, and people did not help her. When she finally reached the police, she was wearing a school uniform and even then, it was declared that she was begging, and she was of an insolvent mind. What is the police’s role in this? Why is the Chief Minister quiet? What is the Home Minister of Madhya Pradesh doing? This is the absolute, ‘jungle raj’, the absolute breakdown and collapse of law and order as far as Dalits, Tribals, and women in Madhya Pradesh are concerned. The Prime Minister is conspicuously quiet like always. The only reason that Shivraj Singh Chouhan is conspicuously quiet, and silent is because this girl comes from a Dalit community. And which is why no outrage, which is why the police looks the other way as a gruesome crime happened here. This could have been avoided, this could have been aborted. Friday, September 29, 2023.
