Spokesperson: Shri Kanhaiya Kumar and Shri Varun Chowdhary: Shri Kanhaiya Kumar questioned the CBI’s clean chit to the NTA officials in the latest FIR filed in connection with NEET, and asked if no officials were involved, why was the case registered the Prevention of Corruption Act. Besides, he questioned, when two accused were still absconding, how could other accused get the bail so soon. He observed that such large-scale bungling cannot be possible without the connivance of the senior NTA officials.

He said that PM Modi keeps talking about exams through ‘Pariksha pe charcha’ but there is hardly any test in the country, which has not come under suspicion.
