8 Years 8 Frauds, BJP government Failed!

Mehenge din, Naukri bin! Sabseyuvadesh ko berozgaarivaanpadhtakeandhkarmeinjhonka! Arsh se farsh, arthavyavasthakeaathvarsh! Aamdanina hui doguna, dardsauguna!

Exactly eight years ago today, the govt. had harped on about coming of “Acche din.” At that time, the people of the country thought that it was meant for them. But now, the country is evaluating as to for whom have the ‘Achche din’ come in the last 8 years?

To the BJP came ‘Achhe Din’, which accumulated assets and resources worth more than Rs.5,000 crores. ‘Acche din’ came for those handful of capitalists, who started earning Rs. 1,000 crores every single day. ‘Acche din’ came for those 142 biggest rich, who earned 30 lakh crore rupees in a year amid the disaster of Corona. There have been ‘Achche din’ for those bank robbers (Mehul Bhai, Nirav Bhai, Vijay Bhai, Sandesara Bhai etc.) who committed bank frauds worth Rs. 5,35,000 crores. There have been ‘Achche din’ for those hoarders and black marketers, who earned lakhs of crores amidst Corona and backbreaking inflation. Now, let us also know that in the name of ‘Achche din’...

What have the people of the country got?

Cooking gas for Rs. 1,000, cooking oil and pulses for Rs. 200, prices of petrol diesel beyond Rs. 100.

To the farmers: Three black laws, suicides and only 27 rupees a day’s income.

To Youth: Worst unemployment in 45 years.

Shutdown to 60 lakh small and micro industries and slowdown in businesses. Reduced income to 84% of the people. Loss of jobs to 12 crore people.

Finally, when the Modi government was exposed, it served the days full of hatred and division to the country, so that the public fight amongst themselves and refrain from asking for the account of ‘Achche Din’.

The country now needs to know that ‘Achche din’ were the ones when petrol was priced at Rs. 70, diesel at Rs. 56 and gas cylinder at Rs. 400, when 86 crore people got ‘Right to Food’, when 62 crore farmers got loan waivers, right price for their crops and their ‘Right to Land’, when 10 crore tribal brothers got the right to their resources, when crores of children got ‘Right to Education’, when crores of laborers and poor got ‘Right to Work’ under MGNREGA i.e. when India, rich with rights, was got.

Today the whole country is singing in unison, “Koi lauta de mere beetey hue din.” (Somebody, please return by good old days gone by.) Global Report of lagging India!

Fraud Number 1

With BJP comes - Inflation!

People are being robbed, are being beaten up, their income is decreasing and inflation has been ever persistent under the arrogant power of BJP. Modi Ji and BJP garnered votes by serving grandiloquent lies of ‘Acche Din’, but people’s lives were poisoned though skyrocketing inflation.

  1. In April, 2022, “Wholesale Inflation” rose to 15.08 percent, the highest in 30 years.
  2. In May 2022, “retail inflation” rose to the highest in 8 years at 7.8 per cent.
  3. The prices of all the essentials like cooking food, food itself, fruits, vegetables, milk, flour, pulses, oil, spices, soaps, shampoos, detergents etc. are all skyrocketing, people are getting crushed. Now, even tomato is showing ‘Red eye’ (Pun intended).
  4. With effect from April 1, 2022, the Modi government, imposed 30 percent duty on aluminum ore and concentrate, which is used in making televisions, ACs, refrigerators etc. Prices of each went up by 20 percent to 30 percent.
  5. The Modi government earned Rs. 27.50 lakh crores by taxing petrol and diesel. In the last 60 days (between March 21 and May 21, 2022), the price of diesel has been increased by Rs. 10 per liter and reduced by Rs. 7 per liter. The price of petrol was increased by Rs. 10 per liter and reduced by Rs. 9.50 per liter in 60 days. In this way, by fooling the public, the BJP is blowing its own trumpet.

Name of the Substance April 1, 2014 (Congress Government) In rupees May 20, 2022 (BJP Government) In rupees Mustard Oil ₹102 203 Milk ₹36 51 Rice ₹27 ₹48 Flour ₹20 ₹50 Toor Dal ₹74 ₹139 Urad ₹70 ₹145 Moong Dal ₹92 ₹157 Masoor ₹66 ₹125 Sugar ₹36 ₹51 Peanut Oil ₹158 ₹223 Soy Oil ₹96 ₹214 Palmolein Oil ₹68 ₹175 Jaggery ₹37 ₹71 Rajma ₹70 ₹190 Kabuli Chana ₹65 ₹170 Besan ₹44 ₹82 Tea ₹139 ₹503 Lemon ₹60 ₹151 Tomato ₹20 ₹98

The truth is that the excise duty on diesel has increased by 344 per cent today and the excise duty on petrol has increased by 110 per cent after 8 years as compared to the Congress government in April 2014.

Petrol:

Timeline Excise Duty Per Liter Increase in Excise % Increase in Excise Per Liter

April, 2014 Rs. 9.48 Rs. 10.52 110 per cent May, 2022 Rs. 19.90

  1. In the year 2014, under the Congress government, the price of petrol was Rs.71 per liter and the price of diesel was Rs.57 per liter. Petrol-diesel is now around Rs. 100 per liter despite the low crude oil pric
  2. Domestic gas cylinder, which was priced at Rs. 410 in April-May, 2014 during Congress government, has crossed Rs. 1,000 today. The BJP is applauding itselfby pricing the gas cylinders of Ujjwala sisters at Rs. 800. But it is not telling that in reality, a cylinder available earlier at Rs. 410 is now available at Rs. 800. In the year 2013-14, the Congress government used to give subsidy of Rs. 46,458 crores annually on gas, so that the public would get gas at a cheaper rate. The Modi government has completely abolished it.
  3. The price of commercial gas cylinders in the Congress government in April-May, 2014 was 1,541, which has increased to 2,355.50 per cent cylinder during the eight years of the Modi government.
  4. The price of CNG, the fuel of the general public, which was around Rs. 35 per kg in the year 2014, has now been increased by 117 per cent to about Rs. 75.61 per kg in Delhi.
  5. The price of “Piped Natural Gas” (PNG) which was Rs. 24.50 per unit (Standard Cubic Meter) in the Congress government in April-May, 2014, has now increased by almost 100% to Rs. 45.86 per unit.
  6. The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) of the Modi government has increased the prices of 800 essential medicines by 10.76 percent from April 1. Earlier in the year 2019 also a similar 15% increase was done.

Diesel:

Timeline Excise Duty Per Liter Increase in Excise % Increase in Excise Per Liter

  1. Toll tax on National Highways increased from 10% to 18% with effect from April 1, 2022.
  2. Building houses has now become a far-fetched dream for the countrymen. The price of iron has increased from Rs. 30 per kg to Rs. 90 per kg. The price of cement rose to Rs. 440 per bag. The price of copper and aluminum has increased by more than 50%. Same is the case with bricks, wood and sanitary fittings etc.
  3. Tax deduction of section 80 (EEA) on home loan has been done away with. Not only this, tax has also been imposed on the Provident Fund account with effect from April 1, 2022.

Fraud Number 2 Throwing the youngest country into the darkness of unemployment and illiteracy!

The average age of India is 28 years. We are one of the youngest countries in the world. The Modi government is hellbent on converting the “demographic dividend” into a “demographic disaster”. Unemployment is the biggest problem facing the youth of the country. There is quality, ability, enthusiasm and also passion to work, but not employment.

  1. Unemployment rate in the country at a high 7.9%! The unemployment rate in the country rose to 7.9% in April 2022 (CMIE). Recently, CMIE, in its report from January to April, 2022, made this shocking disclosure that the ‘Labor Force Participation Rate’ in the country has come down to just 39.7 percent, which was 47 percent in the year 2016. Today, there is a population of 108.76 crores in the age group of 15 to 64 years in the country. Out of this, the labor force is only 31.91 crores, that is, 39.71 percent. The shocking thing is that out of this, 3.21 crore people are not getting employment even after desperately looking for one and 1.62 crore job seekers have stopped looking for work in despair. That is, 4.837 crore people are not getting employment. It is also a matter of concern that according to the World Bank, the ‘Labor Force Participation’ (LFPR) of India’s women, which was 26% in the year 2005, has come down to 15.5 percent in the year 2020. In the last five years, 1,25,00,000 (1.25 crore) women have lost their jobs. Only 9 percent of the total employable women are employed (source-CMIE).
  2. Modi Ji had promised to provide 2 crore jobs every year to the youth, but he took away at least 12.5 crore jobs in 8 years (CMIE). India will have to create 34.35 crore new jobs by the year 2028, i.e., 3 to 4 crore new jobs every year. It will take 1,560 years to provide so many jobs to the BJP government at the current pace.
  3. More than 50 lakh people lost their jobs in demonetization alone. According to the report of Oxfam, 12.20 crore people lost employment in the nationwide lockdown which was unthoughtfully imposed.
  4. According to CEDA (Centre for Economic Data and Analysis), 5.10 crore people were employed in the manufacturing sector in the year 2016-17. In the year 2020-21, their number has come down by 46% to 2.70 crore. The workers and labourers are forced to go back to villages and work in farms.
  5. 62 lakh government posts are lying vacant in the central and state governments. Indifference towards youth is such that 30 lakh government posts are lying vacant in the central government alone. Around 30 lakh government posts are also vacant in the states. The youth is in an abyss and the governments are saving money by not filling the vacant posts.
  6. There are 2,65,547 posts lying vacant in the Railways. Not only this, recently more than 72,000 posts of class III and IV have been abolished in the Railways and the Railway Board has sent a proposal to abolish 81,000 more posts.
  7. “Unemployment Development” (Job Growth) became the biggest challenge! The BJP government promotes an economy in which the income of a handful of Modi Ji’s friends increases every day by Rs. 1,000 crores, but the avenues of employment for the youth are not opened at all. The growth in economy is of no use without jobs.
  8. Education in trouble - the future is in trouble! The Congress government legally gave ‘Right to Education’ to the youth and students of the country. But in seven years, the Modi government only attacked the educational structure and continuously trampled on the autonomy of education and educational institutions. By ignoring the talent, the exercise of making appointments on the basis of the ideology of BJP-Sangh and accusing the student community and student leaders is going on continuously. Privatization of education and suppression of student rights is the only way forward for the Modi government. See the following chart:

  1. Where did Rs. 1,08,180 crores collected in the name of ‘Education Cess’ go missing? On one hand, the Modi government is increasing the fees of universities and higher educational institutions and is resorting to lathi-charges and use of tear gas on the students if they protest, on the other hand, the money of ‘Education Cess’ was not used. The Modi government did not use Rs. 49,101 crore of ‘Secondary and Higher Education Cess’ between 2014-15 and 2018-19.
  2. Lakhs of posts are vacant in school education and higher education institutions - how will the studies be done! According to the UNESCO report, 11 lakh teachers’ posts are lying vacant in schools in the country. The basis for the UNESCO report is the UDISC Report 2019-20 of the Government of India. Of these too, the BJP-ruled Uttar Pradesh has the highest number of 3,20,000 school teachers’ posts lying vacant in the country. With this, BJP-ruled Bihar and Madhya Pradesh come next. In BJP-ruled Assam, 90% of the posts of school teachers in rural areas are lying vacant. Not only this, there is only one teacher in 1,10,000 schools in the country.
  3. The condition of higher educational institutions is even worse. Up to 40 percent of the posts of teachers are lying vacant. See the following chart:

Institute Sanctioned Post Vacancies Central University 18,905 6,333 IIT’s 8,856 3,876 NIT’s 7,413 3,211 IIM’s 1,148 403

  1. UGC’s budget cut down, there is no money spent in Higher Education Financing Agency (HEFA)! In the year 2013-14 (Congress government), the budget of UGC was Rs. 5,147 crores. Even after the completion of years of the Modi government, instead of increasing the budget of the UGC, in the year 2021-22, it was reduced to Rs. 4,693 crores. Not only this, in the year 2015, as soon as the Modi government came to power, the UGC cut the funding of universities by 55%. In the year 2016, the BJP government formed the Higher Education Financing Agency (HEFA)with great pomp and show. But now the Modi government itself has reduced the budget of HEFA from Rs. 2,200 crores in the year 2020-21 to just Rs. 1 crore in the year 2021-22. That is, a deduction of about 2200 percent.
  2. Atrocities on students of India - such is the BJP government! Modi government left no stone unturned to suppress the voice of criticism of students and youth, to crush their protest. Today, from colleges to universities, there is an atmosphere of fear, harassment, repression and pressure. The student organizations of the BJP promote a special kind of ‘goondaism’ and ‘caste discrimination’ and try to control Rohit Vaimula (Hyderabad Central University), the first woman President of Allahabad University, Richa Singh, Gurmehar Kaur and other student leaders and representatives across the country. Many educational institutions like Jadavpur University, Punjab University, Pune University, NIT Srinagar, Banaras Hindu University, Allahabad University, Gujarat University, Delhi University, JNU, Bhagwant Rao Mandloi Agricultural College (Madhya Pradesh), NIFT (Mumbai), IIT Madras are being attacked under their policy of repression and suppression of speech and expression.
  3. Partisanship in appointments, attack on freedom of thought - autonomy of universities and higher educational institutions, freedom of expression, creative freedom and critical thinking are being continuously attacked by BJP-Sangh people.

Educational institutions have become the political laboratory of the Modi government.

Whether it is the appointment of Baldev Sharma, the former editor of RSS mouthpiece Panjjanaya, as Chairman of the National Book Trust, or the appointment of the Chairman of the Hyderabad chapter of the RSS-run, Akhil Bharatiya History Compilation Scheme, Y Sudarshan Rao, (who is not famous as a historian) as Chairman of the Indian Council for Historical Research (ICHR), whether it is the appointment of Modi’s admirer and supporter Zafar Sareshwala as Chancellor of Maulana Azad National Urdu University, or it is the appointment of Gajendra Chauhan, a close aide of BJP as the Chairman of FTII, whether it is the appointment of BJP-RSS’ favorite and formerly associated with ABVP, Prof. Sanjay Dwivedi as the Director General of the ‘Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), or it is the appointment of BJP MP and National Vice President, Vinay Sahasrabuddhe, as the Chairman of the ICMR, or it is the appointment of the National President of the ‘BharatiyaShikshan Mandal’ of the RSS, Dr.Satchidanand Joshi, as Secretary of Indira Gandhi National Center for Arts (IGNCA) or it is the appointment of RSS-BJP people as Vice Chancellors or Registrars in Central Universities across the country – There are many examples of this. 15. New Education Policy - Privatization of education and ‘digital divide’ for middle class and poor! The main focus of Education Policy 2020 is ‘Online Education’. In this, it has been claimed to increase the average of students studying through online education from 26 percent to 50 percent. But due to non-availability of computers and internet, students from poor, Dalit, backward, tribal and rural areas will be isolated and a new ‘digital divide’ of the country will be born. The ‘New Credit Policy’ will divide the university and college into separate graces and encourage privatization. A better university will be asked to be self-sufficient, i.e., in about 100 such universities, the students will have to bear their own expenses and all the democratic methods, discussions, official councils, academic councils and important thinking will be eliminated completely in higher educational institutions in remote areas and rural areas. 16. The New Education Policy is initially dependent on Anganwadis for school education. But Anganwadi workers are not even government employees. To train them through 6 months diploma course is an impossible task in itself. Overall, the education policy is anti-student.

Fraud Number 3 Coming to the floor in Eight Years - Economy in Shambles! In 8 years, the BJP government has brought the country’s GDP growth rate from a higher to a lower level. Average GDP Growth Rate

Congress (2004-05 to 2013-14) 8.36 percent BJP (2014-15 to 2020-21) 4.75 percent

  1. The performance of the Indian Rupee is the weakest in Asia. The biggest fall in the rupee in 75 years. The rupee fell to its lowest position against the US dollar in May 2022 to Rs. 77.81 against a US dollar.
  2. In the 67 years of the country’s independence, all the governments combined took a loan of Rs. 55 lakh crores and the Modi government alone took a loan of Rs. 80 lakh crores loan in 8 years. The debt burden on India was Rs. 55 lakh crores in the year 2014 and it increased to an astonishing rate of Rs. 135 lakh crores in the year 2022.The Modi government is taking a loan of Rs. 4000 crores every day. Every Indian has a debt burden of Rs. 1,00,000.
  3. According to RBI, the gross NPAs of Public Sector Banks (PSBs) between 2014-15 and 2020-21 stood at Rs. 21 lakh crores.
  4. In the last 8 years, the Modi government wrote off about 11 lakh crore rupees of its capitalist friends. Not only this, there was open-loot of people’s money deposited in banks. ‘Bank frauds’ worth Rs. 5,35,000 crores took place under the nose of the Modi government in eight years. The Modi government is running a ‘Loot and Run’ flagship scheme for bank fraudsters. The list of fraudsters includes- Nirav Modi aka Chhota Modi, Mehul Choksi (in the words of the Prime Minister - our Mehul Bhai), Ami Modi, Nishal Modi, Lalit Modi, Vijay Mallya, Jatin Mehta, Chetan Sandesara, Nitin Sandesara, Rishi Agarwal and many others, all those who have close contact and affection with the establishments of political parties. Complex GST and 1100 amendments increased the difficulties of businesses. GST, hurriedly introduced without planning, is the world’s most complex and punishing tax system with the highest tax rate. Around 1100 amendments have been made in GST so far. The rules were made arbitrarily. The complex and punitive GST has made life difficult for businessmen and traders.
  5. Rs. 6,05,039 crores recovered from RBI in eight years. In order to tax its fiscal deficit, the Modi government is continuously collecting money in the form of dividend from the RBI by pressurizing it. In the year 2021-22, a dividend of Rs. 30,307 crores was declared from the RBI. This is when the ‘buffer’ of the “minimum contingency risk” is only 5.5%. The question is how long will the fiscal deficit be reduced by using the surplus money of RBI.
  6. Sale of inherited assets at throwaway prices! The biggest ‘Anti-national’ work of the Modi government is to ‘Sell at throwaway prices’ the India’s assets built by years of hard work. The sale of 6 lakh crore assets of India by the Modi government is shocking. Today, every property of the country is on sale- 27,000 km of highways, 6,000 MW of power generation and 28,000 km of power lines 8,000 km of gas pipeline Grain stock of 210 lakh metric tonnes 2.86 lakh km of telecom fibre and 15,000 telecom towers 25 airports 9 ports 761 Mining Blocks 2 National Stadiums Railways worth Rs. 1.52 lakh crore Fraud Number 4 Income was not doubled, but Pain was given a hundred times!
  7. As soon as it came to power, the Modi government had depicted that it is anti-farmer. In June 2014, the bonus of Rs. 150 for paddy and wheat was stopped by placing an order. One after the other, three ordinances were brought to usurp the land of the farmers. In 2015, he gave an affidavit in the Supreme Court and said that the support price cannot be given above 50 percent of the cost, as it will spoil the market price.
  8. Instead of doubling the income of our Annadata farmers, the BJP has doubled the debt on their shoulders. The debt on our Annadata farmers has increased from Rs.9.64 lakh crores as on March 31, 2014, to Rs.16.80 crores today. The average income of farmers is Rs 27 per day and the average debt per farmer is Rs. 74,000 crores (NSO report).
  9. Support Price: Congress vs Modi Govt. The Congress government had increased the support price by 205% between 2006-07 to 2013-14. At the same time, the Modi government has increased support price by only 48 percent in paddy and 43 percent in wheat.

Crops 2006-2007 2013-2014 Change 2021-22 Change Rice (General) ₹580 ₹1310 126% ₹1940 48% Wheat ₹750 ₹1400 87% ₹2015 43.92% Gram ₹1445 ₹3100 115% ₹5203 68% Tur (Arhar) ₹1410 ₹4300 205% ₹6300 46% Maize ₹540 ₹1310 143% ₹1870 42% Masoor ₹1545 ₹2950 90% ₹5500 86%

  1. Rs. 6,000 per farmer was given under ‘Kisan Samman Nidhi’, and looted Rs. 25,000 hectares by increasing the cost. Central excise duty on diesel was increased from Rs. 3.56 per liter to Rs. 15.80 per liter in the year 2014. For the first time a tax i.e. GST was imposed on agriculture. 12 percent tax on tractors and farming equipment! 18 percent tax on tractor tires and other parts! 5% tax on fertilizers! 18 percent tax on pesticides! There was a sudden increase in the prices of fertilizers. The price of a 50 kg bag of DAP compost was increased from Rs. 1,200 to Rs. 1,350 overnight. The BJP government stole 5 kg of manure from a 50 kg bag of urea fertilizer. The bag of urea fertilizer became one of 45 kgs, but its price remained the same. The cost of a 50 kg bag of potash was increased from Rs. 450 in the year 2014to Rs. 825. The cost of 50 kg bag of super compost has also increased from Rs. 260 in 2014 to Rs. 340. The prices of seeds and electricity were also increased in a similar manner. Roughly assessed, the Modi government collected from farmers Rs. 2,50,000 crores annually by increasing the cost of cultivation to Rs. 25,000 per hectare in 8 years. On the other hand, only 2 lakh crore rupees have been given to the farmers from December 1, 2018, till date in the name of Prime Minister’s Samman Nidhi. That is, about 18 lakh crore rupees were taken out of the pocket of the farmer.
  2. In the year 2016, they said that they had brought the world’s best Prime Minister crop insurance scheme. This crop insurance scheme became a mere private company loot scheme. Private companies have earned Rs. 34,000 crores so far. 6 provinces including Gujarat closed it.
  3. Recently, the Parliamentary Committee on Agriculture said that the Modi government did not spend Rs. 67,929 crores for agricultural development between 2019-20 and 2021-22, and surrendered it.
  4. The Parliamentary Committee also alleged that the Modi government has been reducing the agricultural budget every year from the total budget. Agriculture budget accounted for 4.68 percent of the total budget in 2019-20, which was reduced to 4.41 percent, 3.53 percent, and just 3.14 percent in 2022-23, respectively.
  5. Modi government imposed three black laws on the farmers, against which our Annadata farmers had to agitate for 378 days on the borders of Delhi. 750 farmers sacrificed their lives in the farmers’ movement, but BJP did not shed a single tear on their martyrdom. Despite all this, the farmer was not guaranteed MSP.
  6. Suicidal curse on Annadatas! Unfortunately, due to the policies of the BJP and the Modi government for farmers and farm laborers, 78,303 farmers and farm laborers were forced to commit suicide between 2014 and 2020.

Fraud Number 5 Vote garnered in the name of bravery, but interests of the army hurt! 1. 1,22,555 posts vacant in power forces! On December 13, 2021, the Ministry of Defense told Parliament that there are 1,22,555 posts lying vacant in the three services, of which about 10,000 posts are also of military officers. Such mockery with the security of the country by the Modi government is unbearable. 2. Cheating from 30 lakh ex-servicemen on ‘One Rank, One Pension’. On February 17, 2014, the UPA-Congress government issued orders by granting ‘One Rank, One Pension’ from April 1, 2014. On November 7, 2015, the Modi government came out with a new order and completely snatched ‘One Rank, One Pension’ from 30-40 percent of the army’s soldiers. The order said that military personnel who took voluntary retirement after July 1, 2014, in these three services will not get ‘One Rank, One Pension’. The conspiracy against the army was done knowing that most of the army personnel retire after 17-18 years of service by the time they reach 40 years of age. They will not get the benefit of ‘One Rank, One Pension’. It is also true that 85% of the service personnel retire by the age of 38 and 10% by the age of 46 (Para 9 (iii), Koshiyari Committee Report). 3. Attack on ECHS facilities! The Modi government is continuously cutting the ECHS budget. Even in the current year 2021-22, the ECHS budget of ex-servicemen has been cut by Rs. 1,990 crores as compared to the previous year. See the following chart: 4. Restrictions on the purchase of goods in CSD canteen and GST imposed! The Modi government has banned the purchase of consumer goods by soldiers and officers from CSD canteens by setting a maximum limit of Rs. 10,000 per month. Soldiers will no longer be able to buy goods worth more than this from a CSD canteen.

In the year 2017, the Modi government has also decided that GST at the rate of 50% will have to be paid at the goods sold in CSD canteens. It is to be known that before the implementation of GST in provinces like Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, VAT was completely waived on CSD canteens. 5. Modi Govt. imposed tax on ‘disability pension’ of soldiers! If a brave soldier gets injured on military duty in the service of the country and takes premature retirement, then he is entitled to disability pension. The brutal Modi government also imposed tax on disability pension of soldiers from June 24, 2019. 6. The ‘Short Service Commission’ denied military officers the treatment at Military Hospital. Thousands of men and women officers in the army contribute to the service of the country through ‘Short Service Commission’. These officers had lifelong treatment facilities in the Military Hospital. The Modi government has banned the free treatment of short service commission men and women officers in military hospitals. The condition was imposed that they should get treatment from outside and get only half payment on reimbursement basis. 7. Step-motherly treatment of paramilitary forces! The soldiers of paramilitary forces, CRPF, BSF, ITBP, CISF, SSB, Coast Guard, etc., who sacrificed their lives in the service of the country, were denied the status of ‘Martyr’ by the Modi government. As a result, neither the family could get proper compensation nor government job. On November 23, 2012, the Congress government, marking all paramilitary forces as ‘Ex-Central Armed Police Forces Personnel’, issued orders to the Central and Provincial Governments that all retired officers of CRPF, BSF, ITBP, CISF, SSB, Coast Guard should be given all the facilities of ex-servicemen just like all the three armed forces. But the Modi government at the center and the provincial BJP governments ignored it. More than 1800 Central Police canteens cater to 10 lakh serving personnel of paramilitary forces and their families of around 50 lakhs. The Modi government imposed full GST on the Central Police Canteen and did not give them the facility of rebate of half GST like the three services.

Fraud Number 6 Not related to development, just know how to spread hatred! 1. Progress, development, roads, schools, bridges, education, hospitals, industries, employment, agriculture, growth are no longer issues in the country’s elections. Now BJP sponsored issues are 80:20, crematoriums, graveyards, loud speakers, bulldozers, teaching lessons, temple vs mosque vs church vs gurudwara, changing names of streets, division in the name of food and clothing etc. Unfortunately, a large section of the media is also being used by the BJP to sow hate and reap the votes. This ‘screenplay’ of religious and caste division is created a year before the election of each state, and as the election approaches, the religious divide becomes bigger. The question is whether the India of the future can be built on this hate-filled religious, caste and economic division. 2. BJP leaders, Union Ministers, Chief Ministers repeatedly make provocative statements. But instead of punishing them, they are promoted. In January 2020, the Union Minister, Shri Anurag Thakur, at a rally in Delhi, simply said, “Deshkegaddaron ko, golimaarosaalo ko”. The Chief Minister of UP, Shri Adityanath often speaks of the Hindu-Muslim divide by alluding to 80:20, and takes pride in calling himself ‘Bulldozer Baba’. BJP leader and former Union Minister, Shri Jayant Sinha garlanded the eight accused of ‘mob lynching’ in the year 2017. The Prime Minister himself, Shri Narendra Modi is the flag bearer of the division of ‘Shamshan-Kabristan.’ 3. Between 2016 and 2020, there were 3,400 Religious riots. The Union Minister of State for Home himself told on March 30, 2022, that 3,400 riots took place in the five years from 2016 to 2022. If we look at all the records of the eight years of the Modi government, then perhaps the number of religious riots will reach 10,000. When the protector becomes the perpetrator, communal harmony goes for a toss. 4. The capital of the country, Delhi the victim of ‘riots’. In the year 2020, 53 people were killed in the ‘Delhi Riots’. The 134-page report of the Minorities Commission clearly stated the role and involvement of BJP leaders in the Delhi riots, but no action was taken. In April 2022, riots erupted once again in Jahangirpuri, Delhi. When the capital of the country is not untouched by the riots, then how will the country run, and how will religious harmony progress? 5. Religious division and riots in ten provinces, but the Prime Minister remained silent. Religious riots took place in ten provinces in April and May 2022, but the Prime Minister and the Home Minister kept silent. 6. Minority sections are repeatedly targeted to garner votes by creating religious divide. Now, not only the Muslim minority, the Christian and Sikh minorities have also become the target of this religious appeasement. Recently, it has become a common practice to vandalize the statue of Jesus Christ in a church in Ambala (Haryana), target Christians in Goa, Uttarakhand, Karnataka and similarly target minority Sikhs after farmers’ agitation. 7. Farmer agitators were also labeled as terrorists, Naxalites, separatists. The country’s longest Gandhian peasant agitators, which lasted for 378 days, was also tried by the BJP leaders for a lot of division in the society by calling them terrorists, Naxalites, separatists, but in the end the rulers had to bow down to Gandhian methods.

Fraud Number 7 Backwards were left behind, broke ties with SC-ST-OBC! 1. SC/ST sub-plan was abolished, i.e., the share of deprived sections in the budget was eliminated. 2. SC/ST/OBC reservation is under constant attack. Sometimes BJP-RSS leaders give statements against reservation, then recently backward reservation was rejected by the court for not implementing them properly in municipalities, district panchayats and panchayats. The latest conspiracy to end the reservation is to sell it to the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) in a hurry. The Central Public Sector Enterprises that the Modi government is selling include 1,48,604 Scheduled Castes, 89,945 Tribals and 1,92,667 Other Backward Classes (OBCs). Not only the jobs of these 4,31,216 people are in danger, but the constitutional provision of their rights is also being abolished. 3. Not even a single Dalit Chief Minister in the 18 BJP-ruled states. The number of Dalits and Adivasis is negligible at the secretary level in the central government. Not only this, the reservation of SC/ST/OBC is being abolished by direct recruitment from the private sector in the appointment of Joint Secretaries and Additional Secretaries. 4. The budget of the SC Pre-Matric Scholarship Scheme has been cut by 40% from Rs.725 crores (Year 2021-22) to Rs.500 crores (Year 2022-23). The National Fellowship of SC students has been cut by 40% from Rs. 300 crores (Year 2021-22) to Rs. 173 crores (Year 2022-23). 5. The budget of ‘Shriyas Ski’ (Higher Education for Young Achievers Scheme) for higher education of SC students has also been brought to Rs.450 crores (Year 2022-23). The budget of the Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for tribal students has also been reduced from Rs. 1,993 crores (year 2021-22) to Rs. 1,965 crores (year 2022-23). The Post Matric Scholarship Scheme budget for OBC students has also been cut by 15% from Rs. 1,300 crores (year 2021-22) to Rs. 1,083 crores (year 2022-23). 6. The budget of central schemes giving benefits to Dalit women has been decreasedby 20%from Rs.15,116.20 crores (year 2021-22) to Rs. 11,958.95 crores (year 2022-23). The National Scheme of Incentives to Girls for Secondary Education (NCIGSE), which gave an incentive of Rs. 3,000 to SC/ST students to enroll in senior secondary, was closed. 7. The share of schemes targeting the upliftment of scheduled castes in the total central schemes and centrally supported schemes is only 4.4%. 8. Crime against scheduled castes increased by 12% between 2015 and 2020. Crimes against tribals increased by 32% between 2015 and 2020. Crimes against SC/ST women and children increased by 15.55 percent between 2017 and 2019. 9. The natural bias of the Central Government can be gauged from the fact that they are refusing to even release caste-based census reports for the backward caste population.

Fraud Number 8 National Security in Danger, Modi government shut its eyes! 1. There is a direct attack on the territorial integrity of India, but the Modi government is ‘silent’. China has occupied the territory of Mother India in Gogra, Hotsprings in Ladakh. China has forcibly occupied the Depsang Plains in Ladakh up to the Y-Junction. Modi government has failed to protect mother India. 2. China illegally constructed two bridges on Pangong Tso Lake in Ladakh, so that it could easily carry artillery at both ends and attack Indian forces. Modi government is silent. 3. China allegedly established a village inside the Indian border in Arunachal. Modi government is silent. 4. China forcibly made arrangements to collect roads, artillery, helipads, bunkers and military material in the Doklam area, which is a direct threat to the ‘Chicken’s Neck’ corridor connecting North East with India. Modi government is silent. 5. China has stockpiled large quantities of missile batteries, tanks and helipads on the LAC. This in itself is a provoking military policy. Modi government is silent. 6. Modi government gains accolades by banning Chinese apps, but trades with China have increased to USD 128 billion, the highest in 75 years. In this, India has a trade deficit of USD 69 billion. China has exported products worth USD 97.52 billion to India. Modi government is silent. 7. During the tenure of 8 years of Modi government, till April 2022, 548 jawans were martyred and 324 civilians died in Jammu and Kashmir. 8. In 8 years under the Modi government, more than 3,200 Naxal attacks have led to the death of about 300 jawans and 450 civilians. The government has no concrete policy to counter Naxalism other than hollow promises. 9. Dominance of drug mafia in the country. Not a single drug syndicate can function in the country without political patronage. 3,000 kg of heroin worth Rs. 21,000 crores being imported by Aashi Trading Company from Adani Mundra Port in Gujarat was caught on September 13, 2021. Even earlier on June 9, 2021, 25,000 kg of heroin worth Rs. 1,75,000 crores, was extracted by Aashi trading company in a similar fashion by posing as telecom powder. This is the biggest heroin smuggling case in 75 years, which has not been accounted for till date. Recently 90 kg heroin has also been seized from Pipavav Port, Gujarat. This heroin smuggling in the country is a direct threat to the security of the country. Justice... Hope... Excitement... Progress... Prosperity... Tolerance... Harmony... We are Congress!
