Rahul Gandhi on Farmer’s Agitation

Rahul Gandhi on Farmer’s Agitation

18 December at 20:46 How many more Annadatas (farmers) will have to sacrifice? When will the anti-agricultural laws be abolished?

16 December at 11:48 Sant Baba Ram Singh Ji of Karnal committed suicide after seeing the plight of the farmers on the Kundli border. My condolences and tribute in this hour of grief. Many farmers have sacrificed their lives. The cruelty of the Modi government has crossed all limits. Quitting stubbornness, withdraw the anti-agricultural laws immediately!

12 December at 23:40 Just as Indian freedom fighters did not shy away from making any sacrifice to reach their goal, similarly today, the Annadatas (Farmers) of our country are ready to offer every sacrifice without any compromise in the fight for their right. The pages of history contain the seeds of the present.

10 December at 21:21 The farmer wants his income to be as much as that of the farmers of Punjab. The Modi government wants the income of all the farmers of the country to be as much as that of the farmers of Bihar.

9 December at 05:11 The farmer of the country has understood that the Modi government has betrayed him and now he is not going to back down because he knows that if he compromises today, his future will not survive. Farmer is India! We are all with farmers, hang on.

7 December at 02:54 India is closed peacefully on 8 December in support of the Farmers’ Revolution. We will fully support it. The tyranny and injustice with the country’s food-provider is unbearable. Roll back the ‘Adani-Ambani Farm Laws’!

6 December at 21:31 The ‘Adani-Ambani Farm Laws’ have to be revoked. Nothing less is acceptable.

4 December at 22:41 The power and determination of women farmers involved in the movement is also an aspect of Indian feminism. Till the repeal of the agricultural laws, they are firmly facing the atrocities of the Modi government. Salute to all these sisters involved in the fight for their rights!

4 December at 19:24 The farmer of Bihar is in great trouble without MSP-APMC and now the PM has pushed the entire country into this black-hole. In such a situation, it is our duty to support the food-provider of the country.

2 December at 22:21 Accepting anything less than the complete repeal of black agricultural laws would be a betrayal of India and its farmers.

1 December at 23:39 Modi government,

  • Stop giving ‘Jumlas’ to the farmers
  • Stop dishonesty and tyranny
  • Stop the gag of conversations -Abolish all the three anti-farmer laws.

1 December at 20:14 Said- The income of the farmers will be doubled. Did- Friends’ income quadrupled and that of farmers’ will be halved. Government of lies, plunder and suit-boot.

30 November at 19:42 Annadatas are staging protests in the streets, And ‘Lies’ are giving speeches on TV! We all owe debt to the hard work of the farmer. This debt will be repaid only by giving them justice and rights, not by mistreating them or lathi-charging them or using tear gas on them. Wake up, shed your ego and give their rights to farmers.

30 November at 00:04 Leaving his home and field behind, the farmer of the country has reached Delhi in the cold raising voice against black agricultural laws. With whom do you stand in the battle of truth and untruth- Annadata Farmers or PM’s capitalist friends? #SpeakUpForFarmers

29 November at 20:29 Modi government persecuted farmers– first it brought black laws and then lathi-charged them, but it forgot that when the farmer raises his voice, his voice resonates throughout the country. Join us through the #SpeakUpForFarmers campaign against the exploitation of our farmer brethren.
