The struggle for democracy continues before you. We will only say this - Modi ji, in the last 8 years, if you had got the horse-trading investigation done among the MLAs, Rajya Sabha and state governments, (given your knowledge about the money too), there would have been a lot of recovery. Well, let me bring you to the topic- ‘Fear of Election Management Department, ED and Modi Govt.’

I have brought 4 questions before you-

First question - After all, why is Shri Rahul Gandhi and Congress on the target of BJP and the Modi govt.?

Second question - is the ED’s action a conspiracy to suppress the vocal voices raising public issues? These are the questions that television may not be able to ask.

Third question - Has Shri Rahul Gandhi become a hindrance in the work of the Modi govt. of catering to the interests of the handful of capitalists?

Fourth question - BJP government spending thousands and crores of rupees on advertising, putting 40-50 ministers, pressurizing all the media, tomorrow, sending you a message on WhatsApp University, telling you to run this or run that. Why is only one voice so aggressive towards Shri Rahul Gandhi?

These are the four questions, which the country needs to know.

Let us know the answers to these questions and try to understand why is the Modi government scared of the unity of the Congress and the loud voice of Shri Rahul Gandhi:

First, when China occupied the land of our country, our soldiers were martyred, the Prime Minister said, in the All-party meeting - ‘No one has entered, no one has come’ into our territory.

Then the only voice of the opposition, Shri Rahul Gandhi counter-attacked this lie of the government and raised his voice for the country’s soil, for the martyred soldiers. Even after two years, China could not be driven away from the border of Mother India. So, there is persistent trouble with Shri Rahul Gandhi.

Second, Shri Rahul Gandhi constantly questioned the government on the plight of the people due to inflation - on the prices of petrol-diesel, on the prices of LPG, on the prices of CNG-PNG, on the rising prices of food items. He constantly raised his voice for the middle class of the country, the employed people of the country, the poor of the country, the Dalits of the country, the country’s backward, country’s tribal and attacked the government, for which the government has no answer. That is why they have issues with Shri Rahul Gandhi.

Third, Shri Rahul Gandhi bombarded the Modi government with a flurry of questions about the sinking economy and falling rupee, about the plight of MSMEs, about the lost jobs, about the worst unemployment in 45 years, about the anger of the youth. So, that is why they have issues with Shri Rahul Gandhi.

Fourth, when Modi ji turned his back on his responsibility during Corona, at that time, Shri Rahul Gandhi not only warned the government in time, but although belatedly, but he also forced the government to help for action. When the government was making private companies to earn a profit of thousands of crores of rupees from Corona vaccine, Shri Rahul Gandhi forced the government to make available the vaccination free of cost, which the govt. was compelled to do. When lakhs of laborers were compelled to walk thousands of kilometres back to their homes, it was Shri Rahul Gandhi who questioned the Govt. So, that is why they have issues with Shri Rahul Gandhi.

Fifth, when lakhs of farmers sat outside the capital Delhi for eight months demanding justice, when the Modi government was branding them terrorists and Naxalites, when they were declared criminals and anti-nationals, when nails and thorns were laid in their path, when 700 farmers were forced to sacrifice themselves on the border of Delhi, Shri Rahul Gandhi walked shoulder-to-shoulder with farmers by taking a tractor rally, raising the voice of farmers and farm labourers by taking 100 MPs of the country to the parliament and forced the government to withdraw all the three black laws. So, that is why they have issues with Shri Rahul Gandhi.

Sixth, against the atmosphere of hatred in the country and for the idea of brotherhood and unity in diversity, it was Shri Rahul Gandhi’s only voice who braved the government and said that this country cannot be benefited by bigotry and a toxic division and hatred. He brought them under investigation as a result of which, the Govt. had to defenestrate two of its spokespersons and had to apologize. So, that is why they have issues with Shri Rahul Gandhi.

Seventh, at times the Prime Minister secures the contract of Rafale in France for a private company by becoming its representative and at other times by becoming a representative of a private company, recommends the contract of electricity to a private company in Sri Lanka. Shri Rahul Gandhi brought the Prime Minister representing a handful of industrialists, under interrogation. So, that is why they have issues with Shri Rahul Gandhi.

Friends, understand the chronology, dear countrymen understand the chronology - Modi government has furiously attacked the voice of your integrity by hiding behind the ‘Election Management Department’ i.e. ED.

This attack is on that fearless voice of the opposition, who firmly puts the questions of the people before the government and demands accountability from the government and raises the issues of the people boldly and fearlessly.

A number of people have compromised due to the fear of the BJP’s agencies, have joined the BJP by giving an apology and have tried to emerge as pure as saints. So many got cowed down, a few evenbartered their souls, but Shri Rahul Gandhi is the person who has raised the questions of the public by looking straight into the eyes of the government fearlessly. That’s why they have trouble with Shri Rahul Gandhi.

Friends and countrymen, this attack is on the same fearless voice, which is your voice.

This attack is on public issues, neither on Congress nor on Shri Rahul Gandhi.

This attack is on the unemployed, this attack is on the poor, this attack is on the middle class, this attack is on the employed people, this attack is on women, youth, backward, Dalits, tribals. This attack is on asking questions on the issues related to the Constitution of the country. That’s why we say again –

We will not be afraid, will not bow down, will not get suppressed, Shri Rahul Gandhi and Congress will fight for the country.

When HimantaBiswa Sharma ji was in Congress, he was called by ED and CBI in Lewis Berger case, in Saradha scam. After that, he defected from Congress to BJP. Today, he is the Chief Minister of BJP. So, where did he go, where did the Saradha scam go, where did the Lewis Berger case go and where did the ED summons go and where is the CBI? Hon’ble Yediyurappa sahib, former Chief Minister of Karnataka, is there an ED case registered against him or not? Whether he and his son have received ED summons or not, but 8 years have passed, where did the ED case go? When Narayan Rane ji was in Congress, he was raided, ED and Income Tax cases were registered against him and then Narayan Rane ji joined BJP after which he emerges clean. Neither ED case nor CBI case is held against him anymore. Do you remember Somen Mitra ji who was in Congress and also in TMC? At that time when he was in other parties, he was sued, ED’s summons were sent to him. Now, when he joined BJP, everything is over.

Wasn’t there any ED case against Raman Singh ji who was a Chief Minister and maybe his son as well? So, what happened to that case in 8 years? Why were there no ED cases against all the ministers who were caught in Karnataka for accepting 40 percent commission? Till Mukul Roy ji was in another party, he had ED case against him. Then he went to BJP and ED case got fixed. A lot of action was taken against Suvendu Adhikari ji. As soon as he moved to BJP, all got well. There is a long list of hundreds of people who join BJP, become saintly and get all cases against them closed. So, tell me, if the newspaper of freedom struggle in the country, ‘National Herald’, pay the salary of its employees, pay the salary of journalists, pay its electricity bill, pay its house tax, its building charges and if Congress party did this by giving 90 crores in 10 years, then what is the crime in this. The countrymen should answer. If this is right, then every journalist is guilty and every newspaper and television owner is guilty, every electricity bill payer is guilty, every house tax payer is guilty and you must call 140 crore countrymen to ED.

One last thing I would like to add to this, friends, one figure is very important. The Election Management Department of BJP has 5,422 cases. It has registered 5,422 cases and the amazing thing is that 98 percent of them, i.e. 5,310 cases have been filed by Modi ji, in the last 8 years. Doesn’t this show that the ED has now become the Election Management Department? There are 5,422 total litigations.
