Modi Government totally engrossed in ruining the youth through ‘Paper Leaks’

Spokespersons: Prof. Gourav Vallabh, Ms. Alka Lamba, and Shri Neeraj Kundan: Prof. Gourav Vallabh said- Please understand the CHRONOLOGY from VYAPAM, SSC-2017, CBSE Class X & XII-2018, 28 Entrance Exams in Haryana, JEE Main 2020 (Assam Topper Scam) to JEE Main 2021. – Only one thing that is common in above all is that these examinations have messed up the future of students of our country. · “Paper Leak Government” is answerable to every youth of our country who is not able to get a deserving job or seat in a reputed institute due to endless paper leaks. · The situation becomes more alarming as unemployment rate for the month ending August 2021 is rising to the level of 8.32% and 15 Lakh people lost employment only in the month of August 2021. National Testing Agency (NTA) is an Indian government agency that has been approved by the Union Council of Ministers and established in November 2017 to conduct entrance examinations for higher educational institutions. NTA conducts the following examinations. · Joint Entrance Examination – Main (JEE Main) · National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - Undergraduate (NEET) · Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) · Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) · National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) · National Eligibility Test (CSIR NET)? Indian Institute of Foreign Trade Entrance Examination · Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Examination (JNUEE) · IGNOU PhD and OPENMAT (MBA) Entrance Examination · ICAR’s All India Entrance Exam for Admission (AIEEA) · National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination (NCHM JEE)· Delhi University Entrance Examination (DUET). The Joint Entrance Examination – JEE (Main) is a Computer Based Test (CBT) held 4 times in an Academic Year conducted by NTA. Each applicant is allowed to make one attempt in each session. The students best of the score in all the sessions will be considered for preparing final merit list/ranking. This merit list is used for preparing final list for admission to undergraduate engineering programs (B.E./B.Tech.) at NIT’s, IIIT’s, other centrally funded technical institutes (CFTI’s), Institutes or Universities funded/recognized by participating state governments. This merit list is also used for finalizing eligible students for JEE (Advanced) for admission to IIT’s. The IVth session of JEE (Main), 2021 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode is conducted from August 26 to September 2, 2021. Central Bureau of Investigation has registered a case against a private institute (Affinity Education Pvt. Ltd.) & its Directors and 3 employees on the allegations of committing fraud in the conduct of JEE (MAIN) exam 2021. As per the CBI, the private institute was involved in helping the students to forge the exam. The institute also collected money from students after their selection. As per the primary investigation by CBI, it was found the question paper of the applicants was accessed remotely from a chosen examination centre in Haryana as the entire examination is Computer Based Test (CBT). It is also alleged that the private institute was conducting these false practices through an examination centre in Sonipat. Based on reports, the company and its staff members or associates posted at the examination centres were allegedly manipulating the online examination of JEE (MAINS) 2021 and were helping students get admissions in the top engineering colleges by falsely writing exams for them. In this regard we have following questions and demands – 1. How a student can be ensured that these types of frauds and manipulations have not happened in the other examinations that were conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA)? 2. If one of the most prestigious entrance examinations of the country (JEE) is not spared by these frauds, then what is the quality of future professionals we are generating? 3. Education Ministry and National Testing Agency (NTA) are having responsibility for conducting transparent and fair examinations. Why are they not held liable for consistent frauds in JEE (Main) in 2020 &2021? 4. Is it not the responsibility of the government that every student out of 22 Lakh candidates registered for JEE Main (2021) to get a fair chance as ultimately their future is at stake. 5 We demand an enquiry of the entire fraud under the supervision of sitting Supreme Court Judge as this is an issue related to the future of our country.
