Kanpur: Paying tribute to former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Late Smt. Indira Gandhi on the occasion of her 37th Death Anniversary, her statue was garlanded at NaronaChauraha Mall Road on October 31, 2021, under the chairmanship of City Congress Committee Kanpur North President Naushad AlamMansoori.

On this occasion, former MLA Sanjeev Daryabadi said that on this day of her martyrdom, we Congressmen should take a pledge that we would follow the path shown by her and would implement her basic mantra of vision, firm intention and discipline in our lives.

The programme was coordinated by Ward President Sudhir Sahu and the meeting was conducted by K.K. Tiwari.
