Ambala: Kumari Selja, President HPCC, addressed the chief enrollers on March 03, 2022, regarding the digital membership campaign which had been launched in the state and urged them to work hard. She said that this campaign will not only strengthen the Congress at the grassroots level, but will also disseminate the policies from door-to-door. She said that under the digital membership campaign, people will be enrolled as members of the party for five years by paying only Rs. Five and that the amount received in lieu of membership would be deposited directly into the party fund.

Later, a meeting of Chief Enrollers appointed by the party of five districts Ambala, Kurukshetra, Yamunanagar, Panchkula and Kaithal was called by Kumari Selja to intensify the digital membership campaign. This meeting took place in two phases.

She said that the Chief enrollers, who were leading the membership drive, must enrol one member from every house at every booth of every ward. She said that every street, every mohalla should be covered under the campaign.
