Aligarh: Under the leadership of Vivek Bansal, Haryana State In-charge of the All-India Congress Committee, birthdays of Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak and Chandrashekhar Azad the revolutionary of the Independence Movement, were celebrated at the Camp Office AyodhyaKuti, Maris Road. Both the eminent personalities were paid homage by garlanding their portraits.
