Chandigarh: Haryana Congress State In-Charge Shri Vivek Bansal has strongly condemned the barbaric lathi-charge ordered on unarmed farmers, who were peacefully protesting at Bastara (Karnal) toll plaza, by the dictatorial government of BJP-JJP on August 28, 2021.

Shri Vivek Bansal said in a press release that the farmers of the country have been agitating peacefully for the last 9 months to save their existence and during this time, around 600 farmers have laid down their lives. The farmers and laborers of the country have been opposing these laws, but the arrogant BJP government is not ready to listen to them. Today, in line with the ongoing protests, the farmers were protesting in Karnaland who later became victims ofbarbaric proceedings against them by the BJP-JJP government.
