Srinagar: Stating that Congress Party will continue to fight against divisive and communal forces, the J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G.A. Mir expressed confidence that people and Congress Party in unison will ensure that the forces inimical to diversity and rich culture of harmony are defeated miserably.

“We have fought against the communal and divisive forces and will continue to remain committed to the cause of strengthening the multiplicity and communal harmony in the country”, Mir said.

Describing the Congress Party a formidable force to reckon with, G.A. Mir said Congress is capable enough to defeat the forces inimical to peace and diversity in the country, it shall continue to fight against the forces harming the secular image of the country to get benefitted.

Mir reiterated Congress Party’s stand to maintain secular fabric and communal harmony at all costs and by all means.

Referring to the prevailing situation in J&K, Mir said the approach of the BJP Govt. has remained disappointing. The people of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh are living in isolation.

Congress Party assures the people that Secular India is behind them and Congress Party will do everything to save Constitution.
