Itanagar: On behalf of Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) a Memorandum regarding protection and reservations for the fundamental rights of SC’s, ST’s and OBC’s in appointments and promotions in government jobs; was addressed to His Excellency, Shri Ram Nath Kovind, the President of India, on 15th February, 2020, by Shri Nabam Tuki, President APCC.

It highlighted the abolition of SC/ST sub-plan and dilution attempted by the BJP government. He said that it is an attack on the existence of our fellow citizens. Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee and the people of Arunachal Pradesh demanded suitable actions.
