Ranchi: Under the aegis of Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee, the death anniversary of the former Prime Minister of India, Late Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri, was celebrated at the State Congress Headquarters, Congress Bhawan, Ranchi on January 11, 2022, and tributes were paid by garlanding his portrait.

Speakers on this occasion said that Lal Bahadur Shastri had the ability to face the most difficult situations and solve problems. Shastri Ji’s life has been a life full of difficulties. The experience of hardships filled his heart with an infinite compassion for poverty. He had a special interest in uplifting the backward classes, the marginalized and the homeless.
