Bikaner: National leader of Bikaner Congress and former MLA of Sultanpuri Delhi Congress Bhai Jaikishan said on September 28, 2021, that at present there is no BJP government at the Center or AamAadmi Party in the state of Delhi, rather it is the government of rapists and criminals.

Addressing the Mahapanchayat, Shri Jai Kishan said that there is rage among the Dalits against the violation of rights of Dalits by the BJP Government at the Center and the Government of Delhi and the increasing crimes against them and rape of their womenfolk. This irresponsible government will have to be boycotted.
