Protest against increase in price of fertilizers

Sasaram: District Vice President and Member of the All-India Congress Committee, Shri Manoj Singh said in a statement on May 21, 2021, that increasing the price of DAP fertilizer by 650 per bag is reflective of the anti-farmer mindset of the government.

The situation of the farmers has worsened due to the anti-farmer policies of the central and state government. Shri Manoj Singh said that even in the last year, the capacity of a bag of urea was reduced to 45 kg instead of 50 kg. This year, the cost of cultivation of wheat and paddy will be more by Rs. 8500 per acre and Rs. 7500 per acre respectively. DELHI
