Ranchi: National Secretary of National Labor Congress (INTUC) cum Jharkhand Pradesh President Raj Kishore Singh celebrated the death anniversary of former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Shri Rajiv Gandhi on May 21, 2021, among laborer brothers and paid homage to him by garlanding his portrait at Congress Bhawan Ranchi.
