Office bearers can see exactly what has been assigned to them, secretaries and observers can monitor progress within their jurisdiction, and leadership at every level gains real-time visibility into what is being done on the ground, rather than waiting for updates to arrive through informal channels.

Security and verified access were treated as first requirements rather than afterthoughts. Every member logs in using their registered mobile number and a one-time password sent directly to that number, so there are no passwords to manage, share, or lose. Access itself is role-based: a functionary only sees the tasks, reports, and organizational data relevant to their position and level, which keeps sensitive organizational information appropriately contained while still giving leadership the aggregated view it needs.
