The Indian National Congress (INC) is committed to strengthening internal coordination and accountability across every level of the Party. To support this vision, the Data Analytics & Technology Department—one of the organizational cells of INC—has developed an Organizational Task Management System (OTMS) for use by Party office bearers. The system is operated by the Department and is accessible to authorized users via incdata.in.
What the OTMS Does:
The OTMS is an internal platform designed to:
• Assign official responsibilities to verified office bearers at all levels (AICC, PCC, District, Block, etc.). • Enable office bearers to review assigned tasks, update status, and report completion. • Provide leadership with timely, transparent visibility into progress across states and districts. • Improve coordination between central departments and local committees through structured, digital workflows.
How It Works for Office Bearers
When a task is assigned, the relevant office bearer receives an official notification from the Data Analytics & Technology Department. This notification includes secure access to view the task details and update progress through a protected link (e.g: https://p.incdata.in/odoo/m/task-id).
All access is authenticated and limited to verified Party functionaries. Authorized Use & Compliance
The Organizational Task Management System and its related communications are:
• Owned and operated by the Data Analytics & Technology Department of the Indian National Congress. • Exclusively for official Party work and sent only to verified office bearers listed in the Party’s internal records. • Non-promotional in nature, intended solely to facilitate internal organizational responsibilities and reporting.
Our Commitment
The Indian National Congress continues to modernize operations with secure, responsible technology. The OTMS enhances efficiency, transparency, and accountability—empowering every Congress worker to serve the organization and the people more effectively.
